Who we are

Sagwa Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 16333788), 22 East Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 9AE. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

From the contact form, only what you type into it: your email address and message, plus your name and company if you give them, and the time you sent it. From visits, only anonymous counts: Cloudflare Web Analytics records which pages are viewed, the site that linked here, and the browser and country, without cookies and without identifying you. This site sets no cookies for visitors and runs no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

The website and the database that stores enquiries are hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides the visit counts, and enquiry emails are delivered to us by Resend. Both act only on our instructions. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK, with the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it. Ask us and we will delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Send your request through the contact form on this site or by post to the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
